Welcome to Wrap Legends! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, products, and website. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms. Please review them carefully.

1. General

  • These terms apply to all transactions and interactions with Wrap Legends.

  • By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Services

  • Wrap Legends provides vehicle customization services, including vinyl wraps, paint protection, window tinting, and more.

  • The scope of work and pricing will be outlined in your estimate, contract, or invoice. Any changes to the project scope may incur additional charges.

3. Estimates

  • Estimates provided are an approximation of timing and charges based on the anticipated work to be done.

  • Unexpected complications may cause deviations from the original quote.

  • You authorize the work described in the estimate, including the procurement of necessary materials and permission to operate the vehicle for on-road testing or inspection.

  • If additional work is required, a revised work order will be prepared, detailing additional parts, labor costs, and a revised total. Approval from the client is required before proceeding.

4. Deposits and Cancellations

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin processing your project.

  • Deposits for designs and custom materials are non-refundable.

  • If a client cancels or reschedules after making a deposit and confirming an appointment, a rescheduling fee will be applied.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to canceled projects.

  • There is no warranty for customer-supplied film.

  • Estimates are valid for 15 days.

  • Design consultation fees are non-refundable once the design process has begun.

5. Payment Terms

  • Thank you for your business. The work is complete, and your payment is due upon completion of your project.

  • A lien may be placed on your property until the work is paid in full.

  • If the vehicle is not picked up after 2 weeks of project completion, a $100 daily storage fee will be charged.

  • Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved methods.

  • Late payments may result in delays or additional fees.

6. Warranty and Limitations

  • Wrap Legends guarantees the quality of materials and workmanship for the specified warranty period provided at the time of service.

  • No warranty is provided for customer-supplied film.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, accidents, misuse, or natural wear and tear.

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged goods or errors on our part.

  • Exchanges are allowed for eligible products, with shipping costs covered by the customer. Contact hello@wraplegends.com for assistance.

8. Delays

  • Wrap Legends is not responsible for delays caused by the unavailability of parts, supplier delays, or transporter issues.

  • If the required installations exceed the authorized estimated amount, client approval must be obtained before continuing work. We will keep you informed and perform only authorized repairs or installations.

9. Contact Information Usage

  • By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to Wrap Legends contacting you for updates, project details, and other relevant communications regarding your project.

  • Your contact information will be used solely for communication related to our services and will not be shared or sold to third parties.

  • If you wish to opt out of communication, please notify us at hello@wraplegends.com.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and materials created by Wrap Legends are owned by the company and may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without explicit permission.

  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

11. Liability

  • Wrap Legends is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

  • We are not responsible for damages to vehicles caused by pre-existing conditions or failure to disclose issues before service.

12. Privacy

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined.

13. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within California.

14. Vehicle Pick-Up Policy

  • Thank you for your business. The work is complete, and your payment is due upon project completion.

  • A lien may be placed on your property until the work is paid in full.

  • Vehicles not picked up within 2 weeks of project completion will incur a $100 daily storage fee.

  • Please contact us promptly if you have any questions about the work completed.

15. Modifications

  • Wrap Legends reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply immediately to new users or services.
